Download the drivers for a normal 360 controller and they should work fine. Thats what i did, and my TE works like a charm.

lol. I got my Xbox 360 TE stick working on my work laptop, I'm on vent (no mic) and I've got sf3:3rd strike, sf2t, sf2hf and alpha 2/3 all going (i think).

i have no idea how to play anything other than turbo and hyper fighting. I don't even know how to parry in 3s. LOL

To parry you tap forward on the joystick just as the opponent attacks you.  (or down for low attacks)

Takes a while to get used to.
