Yea that's him. Mine was also on default set to USA, but in your profile tab (when you push the Home button) you can edit your location under the 'edit gamer profile' area.

Thanks for the game too bro, my net connection dropped out for like 5 mins! You're not crap bro, I think the slow net connection made it harder to time things, game was slowing down. I'll be on on the evenings after work, see you then
