Its not really. Dont go getting jealous of my post count now Plus the majority of my posts are generally pretty valid. As for this, I'm just saying that i agree with andy. The 2v2s probably wont have a turnout even remotely close to the tourney. Dreaming is fine, but we need to keep a pretty level head for this.

Also, my primary concern would be having too many events spaced too close together. I dont want it to dull the hype. At the same time, we definitely have to keep something going so we dont LOSE the hype.

having regulars is fine as it keeps teh skill level consistant and keeping people interested etc.

But face teh realisty, you won't get the turn out like the one we just had as people won't come all teh way from blah to enter every few months.

What you are looking at is the local players and possibly hamilton if they are keen enought.

so in my perspective, counting the Auckland players and those that maybe interested, you are looking at about 20 or odd players?? its just my observation.
