Didn't Capcom Japan sell most of it's good titles to Capcom U.S.A?....

That could be the reason behind most of the stupid decisions.....

Also MVC2 online is MVC2 HRD remix. Or as good as you're gonna get. If Capcom released this in todays market then they feel it doesn't need a HD treatment. And gameplay wise Capcom did everything they could with MVC2. There's nothing more they need to do with it. Same goes for DC vs Marvel or whatever. Doing MVC2 was as much as they could do even if Superman or Batman were in the game it wouldn't make a difference to the game experience.

I mean what would people be expecting from a Marvel sequel apart from more of the same?
