Could just be part of the animation before it animates into normal size, most characters have like a ripple or wind effects around moves....or it could just be fucking massive....

And ok, lets have a think for a second. Capcom said that this would be an arcade release for a while before console release. (Somewhere. I cant remember where i read it) And its slated for a spring console release, so, does that mean a possible arcade release in early 2010?
