nah, capcom went back and changed that shit. i didnt see a problem with ken being american, so changing it seems pretty pointless.

also, sean is apparently 1/4 japanese.

I think it was his name that was tricky cos in SF1 Ryu has red hair and blue eyes but is still called Ryu. Not many Americans in 1987 would call their kid that. Back then anime wasn't as popular in the West as it is now and since then we've seen that Japanese character design use artistic license in regards to hair and eye colour.
