Which I think is transferable to another TimeZone for a $5 fee or something?

I wouldn't. Best not to draw attention to it. Plus what are the numbers like down there? I'm sure it wouldn't be THAT small, but I doubt they would be opposed to more numbers. But what do I know? (Correct answer being 'nothing')
