Was thinking of getting another grind session going, but instead i reckon we should just turn up with our sticks and rent a few screens and consoles from RVB and have a jam! Keep it semi low key.
We can just split the cost of it at the end. Should be pretty cheap.

I still have my CvS2 disc and a PS2 that I can bring unless you are planning to bring the Dreamcast version.

No A Groove for me without some more practice,I can only do 5 reps of shoryuken with Sakura, need to relearn Rock, Eagle is still my boy. K and C Grrove for me next weekend.

its just another pallet swap. i just use the cvs2 colour edit mode in the game itself and come up with bad ideas. its not like the marvel colour edits.

On CVS2, I played this last night and that is such a deep interesting game. It would have been a whole lot better if there were no roll cancelling in my opinion though.
Man if Steven knew CVS2 was on offer this Saturday I'm sure he'd show up.

Yeah yesterday was awesome. Definitely the best grind session by far. And I managed to beast everyone I played at marvel except Samurai Black who kinda knew how to play really well. And gave smoof a hiding at that crappy new 3d game, can't remember what it's called.
Roseball was awesome, especially beating mr "I main Rose" Munta, but me and Gino had some pretty good matches. GG weazzy our matches were fun, I'll try not to tell everyone I perfected you :D
And yeah I lost to Jacksmash in our first match where he went Ryu... He asked me for an Akuma mirror, bad idea lol. But then he beat me with sagat finally...
Also my gamertag somehow got corrupted yesterday. When I tried to play this morning it wouldn't log in and my thing kinda disappeared. I managed to fix it and kept all my save data except sf4. This is gonna be a bitch unlocking seth and getting all the colours/taunts again...

I gave up Marvel for KOFXI for like, an entire year. And i dont regret it either. KOFXI is one of my favourite games. It shouldve been more successful than it was. It doesnt look as dated as the older kof's, but retains incredibly fun gameplay. KOFXI did everything right in my book. But sadly most kof players stuck to their old guns (98/2002 etc)so it never really got the appreciation it deserved
KOFXI gave me high hopes for KOFXII, which were promptly destroyed when that pile of ass hit the arcades. Playing it yesterday reminded me why i liked it so much in the first place.
Admittedly, it may just be because kofxi is the kof that is the most like marvel. :P

Awesome catching up with you guys and meeting some of my PSN friends list in person for the first time.
While it was cool playing my main and getting some cool wins here and there once I got used to the loose sticks. I really liked the random select station we had going and the Dan mirrors at giga. Man the irony of sucking at Roseball! :-[ If there was a Rose club I'm sure I'd be kicked out. The casual atmos was great as I could just muck around with Bison and Honda and see who they faired.
Really liked how there was something for everyone. Cheers Simon for bringing your dreamcast for our JoJo's Session. That game still kicks ass! Got schooled by Lenny in CVS2 hard so I steered clear of the PS2 station after that. But watched some rad matches A groove scares me even more now.
Cheers for the goodtimes guys. Hopefully can make up for Barfights. My Street Fighter hobby/addiction is getting pricey ;)
