Fixed character for players and no double up. (cant hve 2 Hakans etc..) best of 3 rounds and best of 3 sets(if a team wins twice, then its over). But you are allow to change your UC to suit.
Winners cant not change team order.
Standard NZISM rules apply.
Game time would be like whenever, just sus it out with the other team that you are suppose to be playing and then post the results up.

With regards to lag, if both players agree to start the match after the warmups, then they must except the result. Basically any complains have to be made b4 the game and not after.

I reckon we should stick to 2v2 for now, just because there's not heaps of us so I'd rather see a variety of teams. If we get enough people we can switch to 3v3. I'd just rather see 8 different 2 person teams than 4 teams with 3 people but it's up to you guys.
If we can sort it out over the coming week I can definitely get on next weekend and I can do most weekends with a day or two warning.

Yeah sim bison is definitely 5-5 imo... especially now that sim has U2 for that matchup as well
probably hve enough to do a 1vs1 league, but i m not near as keen for a 1 vs 1 over 2v2, as most of us play together in endless anyway..

TBH I never used yoga fire much against him anyway, plus he has EX scissor and EX Crusher to get through those.
I tend to just smash him alot with feirces and anti air his long predictable jumpins. Control him on the ground with limbs, and whenever he hit the air, n.jump strong puts him back on the ground.
I found alot that U2 stops him from being able to focus through your limbs at mid range as well, also random jumping back to bait his slide/scicsor/crusher is good cause then you get free U2.
You just have to be careful of scissor kick shenanigans, but then again you can just block all that shit.
Also bison U2 only beats limbs if bison guesses right. He cant see you do a limb and then randomly bust it out. A bison that does that is silly and wasting any possible comeback potential they have on a rancom guess.

good stuff lenny what do u use to get out of corner when they use SK shenanegans i use U1 if i got no ultra i slide if they jump back+LK to stop SK pressure or jump LK drill if i think its safe what else do you do.
Of course I'm keen don't mind playing my matches early if I have to. We just need those teams locked in and ready to go :)
I do alot of blocking tbh. Just hold db and OS throw tech when they are in too close.
THe general SK string that I see is cr.short xx scissor kick, then another cr.short xx scissor kick. After the second scissor kick i do back short. From that back short it becomes a bit of a guessing game and i do either;
back.short xx feirce yoga fire
back short, back short xx feirce yoga fire
or back short, back forward, yoga fire.
Alot of the time i might not do the yoga fire just to mix it up and keep them honest. Sometimes I do a nice long blockstring when I have them too scared to try and blow throu yoga fires at close rang, so stuff like:
back.short, back.strong, crouch long jab, standing long short.
Once you have pushed them out to about 3 character lengths you can try jumping back. If they focus then teleport out, if they do nothing feirce them to push them back further.
I tend to find against bison that busting out the random IAT isnt too bad to get you out of the corner shile taking a little damage if you are prepared to whether some pressure up front. Just make sure your throw tech is on point or youll get thrown back into the corner.
Unbleiver has a good sim too, he might be able to share some tips.

Yeah - the good thing about this is that none of the dates are concrete - if you can get them all done within the first week then go for gold... the deadlines are there mostly just to give people a loose date to get the games done by so that we don't end up having the tournaments results resting on one game

I was getting frustrated when you kept beating me out in the air. Had to adjust my game plan a bit. Have you played Ryuuk08 with his Juri, his mixups are nasty.
mattzw your Ibuki was pretty frustrating to play when your zoning was on form, I fall for that neckbreaker to much and when I do block it I don't punish in time, also I kept going to punish your kick dragons and getting hit with the kunai :'( more games please.
Good to get a couple of friendlies in afterward. Eru you beast, proving that burning 4 bars on a Kara demon is worth it :P

Deprenyl - Your Juri is dope... I think I'd only played that match up a grand total of 4 times before our game and I wasn't exactly too sure what to expect - I'd
read that she's a zoning character with decent EX reversals, so I was a little wary of going at you wake up in that first game... Air to air is a bitch as well because of that juggle into U2, so I was at a bit of a loss haha - looks like I need more match up experience and the 2-0 reaming I got in the first game is proof enough of that haha - catch you online for more some time :)
Mattzw - I haven't played too many Ibuki's either, so my match up knowledge of that fight is very lacking - I've played Mikes Ibuki once and a few times in Ranked, but definitely not enough to form many opinions on the match... I do know, that she has jack shit life though, so when I hit you, I tried to make it count :) I can't give you much advice as to what you should be doing as I've really got 0 clue, but you're looking pretty good there bro... keep it up - you know where to come if you need more Abel practice :)
Oh and Graeme, 4 bars for 330 damage = BEAST!!! Hahahahaha

Also, BIG shout out to Graeme for pulling it back in that second set... If I remember correctly, Ninja Alliance were on match point, but Graeme held strong and took it to the third - I knew changing the order in that second set was a good idea! Big ups bro... couldn't have taken it without that win - good stuff!
can't get a hold of my teammate inoxx10 at all was paired up with him through a random draw is it ok if i switch with crazymobious i think he wants in on this and he is alot more reliable than inoxx sent multiple messages and he hasn't been online for nearly 2 weeks, was hype for this but can't even have a match due to my teammate. asking you pjai since you set this up but if there are objections allgood i'll probably have to pull out and wait for the next one

If he replies in a relatively quickly manner then maybe give him the spot back, but say, if he doesnt get back to ya before the end of Sunday then he loses his sport. He might have Uni exams or something but they all finish this sat.

Actually guys I have been rostered on nights again next week. And I think that's the reason I didn't do this when it first started. Damn it! This would have been a good way to catch up with peeps online.

haha cheers bro, I was sweating it hard in that match point game in the second set. Getting raped by Ericson in that first set threw me off my game a bit :o
I was watching your matches against both those guys like a hawk looking for patterns etc. Suzannah was cracking up coz I was yelling at the TV while you guys were playing :-[
Both those Ninjas have such small hitboxes I kept whiffing a whole bunch of stuff so had to adjust pretty quickly.
Pjai you need to be more confiedent in your character/skills yo. You were going in thinking you were going to lose and you guys almost took it out 2 straight sets.
I can't believe that I gave you that feedback about jumpins afterwards in casuals and you beat me 2 games in a row haha. It's something I have to try and concentrate on because you get caught up in the heat of a fight and just wanna go for that big damage but more often than not it gets you killed.
I think you need to learn to back off or tech throw if your crossup air Kunai get's blocked, can you backdash or something because I was getting you with a lot of throws after blocked air Kunais.
Ericson, it's been a while. ggs bro! I still don't really not what to do about Guy. I just had to glue myself to the ground and thrash those scissor kicks, teleporting out every time you got in to close haha.

yes, i eat alot of those block->throws.
i think the only option is to backdash or if the kunai hit the lower half of the body, it seems i get more block stun from hitting low and can follow up with a block string to keep the pressure on but i m not 100% sure whether its jst me tats screwing up or its the frame data which allows it to happen. From dummy beating experience, it's definitely easier to combo into from a kunai, if it hits them in the leg.
But I dont want to give up on the attack pressure, tats why i always try to do a block string after the kunai and lead to another attack wave. keyword: "try" more often i eat some throws or Sure-you-are-ken

I just have no idea when I'll be on at the moment. So the single online league might suit me better since I can just have my matches whenever I see someone online, rather than calling my bro and seeing if there are two people on the same team on.

Damn straight I'm keen! I know I've got heaps of birthday shopping to do this weekend though, so I'm thinking Sunday afternoon/evening would be a better fit for me

yea i watched those games. It's hard for ibuki to get into Ryu(ok it was Daigo, but the ibuki is Momochi, so skills is probably on par). She appears to have alot of tools to advance across the screen but the risks associated with them are not small and some those ex fireball jst magically stopped all his dashes. Well, it was probably all planned out in the beast's head but yea..
Momochi use raida (tat grab looking move tat doesnt grab) straight after a blocked vortex kunai, so it must be true that u can jst throw/punish an ibuki out after blocking.
Raida is throw immune. If Ibuki goes for kunai -> raida, your only option is to block, or mash.
yea, i need to mix that in for sure. coz i always forget to backdash after a blocked kunai and eat a throw :(
