James have  everything u need but he doesnt play MVC2..he only play cvs2 and NGBC

Use James' everything, and someone else supply MVC2.
CVS2 is good, and NGBC.... well its a damn sight better than CAPCOM FIGHTING JAM from the sounds of it, but still not wonderful.

I get the feeling if he plays NGBC then he'll be amenable to KoFXI as well...
