Practice at Euan's lol? But farrk I think I might actually have a decent go at this game now.

What's closer to arcade, xbox or fba? And does anyone know the actual rom number (not a link) of the correct arcade or most likely arcade version?

Nah club rules state no scrubs allowed. Sorry mason

World 921209 I think. Alan confirm please  :D

I'm keen for some GGPO sparring tonight if anyone's keen  :)

I'll try to be on.

xbox version is balls, use ggpofba

As for revision, fuck knows. Whatever GGPO uses I guess.
There is no knowledge that is not power

CaptainHook

What time Nick? I'll try be on also.
Xbox Gamertag is ZERO's, not capital "O"s ~~ CaptainH00K

Nick4now

I'll try to be on around 7:30ish. Depends when dinner's ready, I can't play on an empty stomach haha

Someone should message the dude that made this and inform him of our existance. Looks like these guys have been running HF events in Auckland for a while.
<Smoof>
He's the hero NZism deserves.
But not the one it needs right now.
So we'll hunt him.
Because he can take it.
Because he's not our Hero.
He's a Niuean Guardian.
A watchful poster.

I'll try to go as well. Will want to get some training sessions in before hand though. Anyone?

massi4h

Yeah so ggpo tonight? We do it on HSF2 don't we?

Nick4now

Yep. I'll be waiting in there for anyone who's keen to play  ;D

I was the one who told Nick about this one. I played the last one of these. Throw loops are fine. The sticks are MCA joysticks on original arcade cabinet which will be linked to some plasma screens in the club so people can spectate easier (50+ people trying to look over your shoulder gets awkward).

Last winner was a Chun-Li player who played Blanka player in final. Other two in top4 were Ken and Guile players. Defnitely think theres room for a good Dhalsim/Sagat/Ryu player to do well, if last time was anything to go by, the field will be flooded with Ken players and the odd Guile.

Cheers bro!

Should be good, both Yifans and Stages champs from the 90's entering, people from all over entering, always good to meet other players.

Pinolicious

Definitely going to come spectate, always loved watching top level hyper fighting!
