is it per acct?

i hve NZ, aust, HK and Jpn... lol

It is probably based on console ID, because you can sign in and out of any accounts while downloading something. I doubt they're so dumb as to let people download all games on multiple accounts.

It's not like they will lose money if this happens. Apart from maybe bandwidth?

None of the games on that list appeal to me. So probably won't get any.

I'm just assuming here, no confirmed facts...

Anyway, I'm assuming it's based on Primary accounts, which I think has already been said, is linked to unique PS3 machines/serial numbers.  So, it would be the Primary account of a machine that can get the hookups, not the generic million other accounts one can make from a Primary.

Again, this is just my assumption.

Bandwidth IS money, unless you think that Sony don't have to pay for their servers. Ever notice how some games larger in filesize cost more? That's the case.

Yeah that's why I said apart from bandwidth.

Apparently Sony protection plan is not free, only first 12 months.

So the hackers can plan their attack for afterwards? I see.

Pretty sure that protection thing only applies for Americans as well.
