well what i mean is, its impossible to do 3+ 5+ hit combo smoothly without turbo. youll always get pwned by random shoryuken. cause theres interval between punch kicks etc. if that so this game would appear as street fighter 2

im just backing up my statement with international standards.

... I suggest you look into what "poke strings" and "combos" means in street fighter IV

Its not impossible to do 5 hit poke strings, you have to time them BANG ON to make sure they combo, and if your not confident enough in your timing you either need to play 100 more hours in training mode... or block more?

The choice is yours.

I have a nice 5 hit poke string with chun and only one of those is crouching light kick, but I dont play that game against Ryu out of respect for how good New Zealands ryu's are and how scared I am of the whiff punishes.

You cant mash SRK out of a combo, and if you cant combo, it's your own fault.
