I dunno what the deal is with that African Stage though. The only person that could suit that stage would be Hakann.

I read recently that characters weren't getting their own stages, just their own BGM -- but I can't remember where I read that... I thiiiiink it was in the latest Nakky blog (that huge Q/A one last week)

Well there you go. That answers that question. In any case any anticipation over the character roster should end now as the leaked information has already established who will be in the cast. Personally I would have chosen a rather different set of characters but that was not my call to make.

Agreed -- but I'm one of the people who would have liked SF4 to be a TRUE sequel, ala SF3... Ditch all the SF2 guys -- there's a reason they weren't in SF3... The timeline is all gaaaay

Yeah but that list has 10 characters and the makers keep saying there will only be 8 new characters

With that many new Chars, Daigo is gonna be in trouble next EVO assuming there is no Arcade release in time.

I think Daigo is capable of overcoming those problems on the fly.

Also, I wanna see some new characters... like NEW ones
