Yes!

ZANGEIF

   * Lariat seems to have nerfed damage.

For Hydro:

VEGA

   * "Vega's ultra 2 is a slide, followed by a backflip kick and then a nasty slash at the opponent as they fall" - Kamano

all of the changes picked up on are in iplaywinner, here they are:

QuoteJURI

   * The biggest reveal is that Juri has a Custom Combo type Ultra, where she activates and is able to chain together attacks for a set period of time.
   * It's not clear if you can juggle with these attacks or how much damage they do within combos.
   * Has some sort of EX Teleport move? Not sure what it was exactly, but seemed to pass through attacks to the other side of the screen. (One of our readers points out this is a counter move which allows her to appear in various positions around her opponent. Combine this with her CC Ultra and she will be a real pain to deal with up close.)
   * Very fast but takes a lot of damage.
   * As previous reports mentioned, seems to have some dive kick/overhead attack. Was hard to tell what was going on the stream though.

GUILE

   * Guile receives Sonic Hurricane as his new Ultra which should help his ground game immensely.

RUFUS

   * New Ultra, although not very flashy like his original Ultra, seems to work very well as an anti-air.
   * New Ultra doesnt seem to connect off of orignal Ultra set ups.
   * EX Snake Strike damage NERFED HEAVILY. Saw jump RH into EX Snake Strike do a fraction of the damage that it used to.

DHALSIM

   * New Ultra appears to be an air grab with a lot of start up.
   * Not sure of Ultras proper application but most likely useful again projectile throwing opponents.

BOXER

   * Dirty Bull is a 720 Grab Ultra where he lands a head butt, steps on their foot and then knocks them out with a punch. Very similar to one of Steve Fox's move in Tekken 6.

CHUN LI

   * New Ultra is Kikousho fireball, much like her super from Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike.
   * New Ultra can be comboed from EX Legs from ANYWHERE on the screen.
   * "Chun's new ultra is quarter circle inputs, no charge needed" - Kamano
   * Apparently a solid anti air Ultra.

CODY

   * Can combo into his Ultra from what appears to be an EX Tornado or FADC Tornado. Hard to tell from the stream.
   * Knife seems to have incredible range -- not sure of practical applications though since he has to pick it up to use it.

DEEJAY

   * New Ultra juggles his opponents with sambas.

FEI LONG

   * New "1 Inch Punch" is a counter Ultra.

RYU

   * Fierce shoryuken is now two hits.

HONDA

   * Ultra now has way less recovery.
   * 2nd Ultra is a beefy Ochio.

ZANGEIF

   * Lariat seems to have nerfed damage.

GUY

   * Has his chain combos from the alpha series.
   * His second ultra is a very flashy Gen-type move. Think "Raging Demon with the lights on".
   * Appeared to have an air grab but cant remember 100%.

DAN

   * New Ultra is a "SNK Style Gadouken"

M. BISON

   * New Ultra allows him to grab his opponent and blasts them with Psycho Power. Works like El Fuertes original Ultra or Alex's "Stun Gun Headbutt" from Third Strike.

VEGA

   * "Vega's ultra 2 is a slide, followed by a backflip kick and then a nasty slash at the opponent as they fall" - Kamano

SAGAT

   * Second Ultra is Tiger Cannon.
   * Damage seems to be nerfed but hard to tell.
   * Most all of his dirty set ups still seem to work (F+RH x2 etc)

ADON

   * Seems very fast, but many of his moves lost to T. Hawks specials.
   * Seems to have a great set of high priority normal moves.

T. HAWK

   * Seemed like a real tank type character. Most of his normals did massive damage.
   * A couple command grabs/super and/or Ultra and it was good night for most opponents.
   * Seems to be a good character for people with poor execution but good zoning and mind games.

BLANKA

   * New Ultra is "Shout of Earth" -- although it wasn't shown, it's supposedly a spin off of his Super in CVS2.

Rorooze

iplaywinner also has a vid of abel/sagats new ultra. sagats dash seems way faster now!

for stu! gouken!

denjiiiinnnnnnn

A Denjin you can block? Poor Gouken  :( Man for some reason it pisses me off to hear Americans still calling Ryu Raiyu.

Sagat: Damage seems to be nerfed but hard to tell.

Sounds to me like they did this properly. It wouldnt make sense for sagat to be hitting like a girl. As long as its enough of a nerf to not make him less stupid. Odds are he'll still be stupid. But hopefully less so.

And yea the blockable denjin seems a bit weird, but SF4 game mechanics would make an unblockable one kinda broken. I wonder how much stun it does.

But not the one it needs right now.
So we'll hunt him.

Ive just had a look at fuerte's ultra again, and although the information says its a grab, it actually appears to come off of a slide. If it is a grab, this would give it lolrange. It does LOOK like a grab, as it connects without a 'hit' animation as soon as he's close enough, but it almost looks like its gonna be blockable. (which would suck the most ass ever)

Looks like a lot of the new ultras do fuck all damage... Sagats and Abels new ones in particular... maybe part of a game wide change to nerf damage on ultras ?
"gief can jump above the screen and pummel all over the place..." - Zosla

samurai black

cant say im a fan of all the prolific spinning in some of the ultras. did they run out of of ideas and go, 'fuck it. just make it spin cause its cool'

kingpiccolo

i hate the fact fei's new ultra is a freakin counter will see how useful it is when the game drops.

Yeah, all the new ones dmg has been shit. Yay i cant wait to not use them. Bro I called  Goukens projectile Ultra. You could probaly combo it after a midscreen ex DP (motion). You had to FADC to get the other one. All I really want for Gouken is some fucking combos. Combo into the ex DP, or at the very least a fucking FB. Oh yeah and maybe a AA FB Ultra 2 (dont hold) might hopefully work. Come on S tier Gouken. They need to do him right this time.

Yup, damage scale Sagats ultra off his setups i reckon. With all the other chars getting buffed he should be fine.

And how do these 'counter ultra's' work?

So many new vids and info....

Dispite all the new Ultras and costumes I also noticed that..

you can use multiple focus attacks back to back (can't remember which vid but saw Dan doing it) and I also saw Ken Ultra after he was crumpled by Adon's FA....he was like all eyes rolling back and falling - then straight into his new Ultra for the win!...

WTF!

The CES Vegas Fight Club vid was like half and hour long....bad qulaity in parts but did show that there a lot of subtle differences....new characters seem to be strong, Ultras don't do as much damage at ST4.....

And how do these 'counter ultra's' work?

After the Ultra is activated the opponent needs to hit you for it to start...could be cool but once you know which Ultra they've chosen....you'd kinda just walk in and throw wouldn't ya?....dunno....have to wait and see...
