Thats a good summary of system changes.
From the char change info i have seen for the 3 chars I play
  Rachel looks to have been raped
  Litchi is a bit worse
  Hakumen is quite a bit better

So from that perspective i'm ok with it since I suck with Rachel anyway.

To be honest the throw mechanic is the thing which pisses me off the most. 7f throws just makes me rage.

I would only play Hakumen though so it's nice that he's a bit better, I worry about the 'everything does less damage' thing though because I loved seeing half a bar of red damage from 2 hits.

I like hakumen too , its a shame him and 1 other character are the only ones that have to use bar for their special moves , everyone else can just save them for supers

This is what puts me off the most as Rachel was the character I enjoyed playing the most. In fact her and Tager are the only 2 characters I enjoy playing in BB:CT

Litchi,BANG are the S rank character in bbcs currently~
Rachel can only do 1000-2000 damage in 1 combo...
some japanese people are using "Rachel" as a unit counter to describe the combo damage.For example, "Wow this jin can do damage of 2 Rachel unit ...."

your hakuman can still deal a lot of damage, as long as you have hakumen gauge~

btw does anyone know whether yifan is going to get bbcs or not?
