I actually downloaded this vid about a month ago, not too bad. Kind of have to watch it in slo mo to pick up on things though I dunno, I'm sure I'll try Vanessa, but I doubt I'll make her a main character. Although I would like to whore out that inf... bet it would irritate the hell out of people in the arcade! I got called cheap for Magneto ROM inf at the arcade here...

Actually, I think I might learn Adelheid... My current thinking for a team is Ash/Adelheid/Someone (Oswald?)...
Once I get my PS2 back, anyway (lent it to a workmate for him and his family to play We Love Katamari )

from what i remember ILL_BILL telling me, adelheid is a bit rubbish. i have no idea why though. i could also be totally delusional.

adel basically just jumps WAY too high. i found him rubbish because i rely heavily on my small jump game, and his high jumps throw me off a bit. his moves also have a lot of startup, and arent safe at all. because of the way he jumps (high and fast) he is particularly good at countering opposing jump ins with just about all of his jumping normals. he is actually really fun to play though. its just a shame they moved the game at yifans to the machine with the ROCK solid sticks and buttons that work only 60% of the time.

Got my PS2 back, been playing this the past 3 hours or so

It's pretty fun indeed, haven't gotten the hang of Quick Shifting yet. I'm trying my team of Ash/Adel (L)/Oswald... and I'm liking Adelheid the best actually. Nice and simple char to start with (and that LDM... pfhwoar!). Oswald kind of baffles me at the moment, though... can't get the hang of his b'n'bs.

Tried K' briefly... don't like him anymore. Don't think Gato is quite my style either. Might give Kula a go, though... maybe Kyo as well.

yes, provided you arent close to the corner when you shift. If oswald hits the corner before the chain finishes, the ACE will not connect. The great thing about oswald and quick shifts is that (Barring what i just said) the quick shift puts oswald in the perfect position for the ACE followup to connect. It means you can whore out easy damage with a character that is easy to shift from. (kyo, duo, duck etc)
