It takes quite a lot to get me into an FPS these days. Last I was into hardout was TF2. I don't see any coming up that tickle my fancy.
I haven't really played an FPS since the first Half Life 2 release, never played the episodes. Unless you count borderlands but that's really Diablo from a FPS perpective and I only really like it because of the loot/levelling. Fallout New Vegas will be the closest thing I play to an FPS.
I generally stick to RPGs/SRPGs, Fighters and Racing games. God my spare time is gonna be over when Civ5 and GT5 come out. Alan I would be keen to have a vs game of Civ5 once I get some time with the new system under my belt.

Wtf? Something doesnt seem right about that 'Dante' design. Unless this is ANOTHER prequel, then it doesnt make a lot of sense to make him younger. Something is up. Ill be interested to hear what the plot for the game is.

I'm pretty interested in Brink, but I wonder if it will be popular enough for the MP to be worth it, and for it to last longer than the first few months its out.
I don't know why they bother to even call it a reboot outside of sales. Dante looks completely different, story seems completely different. Why not just call it something different? Plenty of action games draw from DMC already anyway.

Im kind of intersted got some sweet looking game modes (1 bullet, wager and random weapon modes sounds cool)
I think treyarch are way better than infinity ward. The only thing about world at war that sucked was the gun balance issues (not that MW2 is any better)

Don't get me wrong, I'm not an IW fanboy. Fuck, don't even get me started on the problems of MW2. But Treyarch... Blerg. I liked MW1 better than WaW. IW just seem to make 'better feeling' games. When I play something by Treyarch... I dunno I feel like the whole game will just glitch, and I'll start clipping through the floor or something.
About the only thing that you could say I'm 'excited for' in COD:BO (lol B.O) is the wager modes, and the fact that you have credits to customise and buy guns etc. Rather than, oh I need to grind back up to level 70 to get my RPG back, or whatever.
How is earning credits any different from earning levels and levelling up? Can't we all just go back to playing CoD2. All the others after it suck balls.
MW1 was so much better than WaW. WaW crashed on me constantly for a start, and it kinda sucked even when it was working.

Well, you earn credits and just buy the guns that you want. So instead of going, "well, just prestiged. Time to grind my way back up to level 66 so I can use my mini uzi again!" you can just buy the guns with your credits. It means that the guns you have to your account are more to your playstyle, so me as an SMG kinda guy can have all the subs unlocked and less ARs, and have those guns without having to grind back up to a level again.

Yea dw7 looks awesome. DW6 was o.k but was kinda disappointing that my fav characters ma chao, zhou tai, zhang he and wei yan were all pretty much clones. I've read that all 3 will be rocking weapons they've used before dw6 so that should be sweet as. Kinda cool that they have added another faction.
I've never had a problem with the dubs. Well for the characters I like they do a pretty good job except for maybe wei yan.
