Playable seth seems pretty rubbish. Gouken is strong though. But honestly, im not fussed either way.

Give me the details of the RvB manager so I can sort things out.
I need to know the cost related for this, if it is over the budget then i'll have to host it at yifans or something, which might mean $2 per game... unless I can osrt something out with them.

With regards to the character pick Seth/Gouken, no current tournament is allowing those char to be picked and we will follow that for now.

I can understand why we need to ban Seth. But Akuma is banned also ? In the arcade version, akuma is playable and he's NOT a boss, he's just a secret character. And in many Japan Tournaments, Akuma is not banned.

Banning Seth and other characters that we can not use on the arcade version is reasonable.

Akuma should not be banned.

Sagat maybe but definitely not Zangief if your trying to say who's broken.

Gouken does huge damage anywhere on the screen but has no solid ways of getting it in. Hes got pretty average defense and zoning abilities to go along with it. I really can't see him being top

being top Tier or not, the problem with those characters is that they are broken... from my perspective.Hence thats why all the tournaments so far has banned them.
It is not about being top tier or not...
