Regarding the Bomb playing-
Simple, just make it known that theres two things really up for grabs.

The title- New Zealands NATIONAL street fighter IV Champion
and the TOURNAMENTS FIRST PRIZE, NZISM ARCADE STICK.

And of course perhaps.. getting your spot in the potential "Ranking system" ? Which I think is a good idea. (Encourages losers playing out games for spots, instead of just go home and sulking after being eliminated yea?)

Obviously to be true national champ, you have to be from the country in question. That's common sense.
And the title should be more than enough for anybody to want to compete?

Pretty sure if you can play play at the required level of actually taking #1, you already have a couple of sticks handy lol.
