Back to what ben said about the comic relief ultras.

Fuerte's fits him though. But he's kind of a comic relief character i suppose. Gief did NOT need all that fucking spinning. And Dhalsims just looks lame. Much as i dislike giving Ryu a carbon copy of Goukens ultra, and changing the name, they did make it look decent-ish. To their credit.

And yea, the ultra length does slow the pace down a little, but the pace inevitably picks up again. But i can understand not wanting to have to wait until the ultra 'cutscene' is over before getting back into the fray.

And I like that during metsu shoryuen, you can hear bones crunching when ryu hits them in the jaw. And that cody ultra is fucking epic. Even if the other one is more useful, who the hell is going to use it when they have THAT available.
