Hi guys I'm posting from Australia and a regular on OzHadou. I got the chance to play against Lennysaurus on Marvel XBLA tonight and noticed this site.
We at OzHadou, too, have a few gamertag / PSN hook-up threads and I'm sure you can add us because the lag from Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne shouldn't be that bad to you guys. I didn't really notice any major issues against Lenny.

What days and times do you peeps play? I'm usually up playing 11pm to 1am most nights.
Weekends people are on at that time all the time, weekdays just the usual diehards.
But yeah the times you listed are more or less prime time for us. Some a little earlier than that.

Best to post this in the PSN good games thread. But I play usually 5pm-6:30pm weekdays and 9am-10am weekends.
I don't usually play after 8pm as I usually don't want to ruin my sleep by the accelerated heart rate.

Bro I'll hook you up with that cable next mashup so you can hardwire straight to your modem. Go to www.speedtest.net and see how decent your connection is. Then you'll know if it's your connection or your wireless.
Trust me it's definitely worthit when the connection is good. Have you played rafity, nick4now or haraTHEcat yet? Best way to see if your connection needs tweaking. Will try and play you tonight.

I was rocking Evil Ryu today and I don't like his air tatsu lol.
Yeah everyone's air tatsu is no longer able to escape with, except Sakura, Ken (both need to use a meter to make it a decent escape though) and I guess Gouken. Unless you mean you doesn't juggle the way akuma's does.
Create a australia a/c , its busy over there, nz locale extremely quiet. Down side with oz a/c laggy and kills the game but playable, but at least 30ppl online there most nights. Best bet is to go arcade mode set up rank battle with area open to ANY for starters. I've switched over to xbox live, its the best thing you could do if playing ssf4 seriously. EXTREME Lag with ps3. Come to xboxlive Asap!
Make sure you change your region to Australia, Ross. Then set region to same when you search. Should make you only play NZ/Aus players, though recently the lag is pissing me off.

But doesn't xbox live charge you for going online?
xbl charges you the subscription on your gamertag, not the country. So you change back and forth between either country.
I just checked and it's $80 for a year. I thought it was gonna be $50 a month!
If there is ever a deal on cheap TE sticks for XBox 360 then I'd switch. I have the game and the console, just cant stand the controller.

Its like $75 for 12 months. Its fuck all. People think the XBL cost is something massive when it actually makes piss all difference. A homeless person could afford an XBL subscription.
And as someone that has both consoles, I find that my games lag a lot less on XBL than on PSN. But then you play people on PSN like graeme who magically have the best connection known to man. So no, theres not much difference really.
